Im a work vibing to some dilla instrumentals when all of a sudden I realize he uses different time signatures.This one paticular beat is on a 1 bar loop with a 4/6 time signature.Now for the record im very aware that dilla doesnt quanitize drums,I mean who does but back to what im saying, the guy steps outside the box with beat making,its like he played by know rules.Another track I was listening to was loop on 3 bars….NOW IM THINKING ABOUT ALL THE SAMPLES I TOSS BECAUSE THEY WOUNDNT FIT IN A 4 BAR LOOP. WOW IM SUCH A #$@.Good thing is I still have all the records,just gotta dig
